How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Standard shipping for tile saws and large machinery typically takes 5-7 business days. Smaller accessories and hand tools usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy on used items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on tools that have been used with mortar, grout, or water.
Do you offer bulk discounts for contractors?

Are your diamond blades compatible with all saw brands?
Our blades feature universal arbors that fit most standard tile saws. Please check the specific arbor size (e.g., 5/8" or 7/8") listed on the product page to ensure compatibility with your equipment.
Do you provide international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. Shipping rates and customs duties for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout.
