At TileTools, we want to ensure your renovation project is a success. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused tools and equipment within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused tools in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to TileTools

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
